How we handle
your enquiry.

Jun Lighting uses the details you submit to understand your project and respond to your request. Contact us at sales@jun-lighting.com with questions about an enquiry or the information you have sent.

What you send

Your name, email address, project location and description are required to submit an enquiry. You may also provide a company name, selected product or design reference, drawings, photographs and other files. Please avoid including information unrelated to the project.

How it is used

We use the information to receive, review and reply to your project enquiry. A notification with your contact details, project brief and any selected product names is sent to sales@jun-lighting.com through Resend. Files are kept in private storage and are not attached to that email. Cloudflare provides the website, database and private file storage used for this process.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records and uploaded files are stored without a routine deletion schedule. Jun Lighting does not automatically delete them. To ask about information you submitted, contact sales@jun-lighting.com and include your enquiry reference if available.
